They advertise on Autotrader but the prices listed are not the price you will pay. The prices shown are with a $1995 deposit for financing. Don't believe there 4+ star rating it is as bogus as their fake inventory and prices. They have zero respect for their customers - they lie directly to their face and will tell them anything on the pho their fake inventory and prices. I own a 2016 Santa Fe, in which I financed. My experience there was so good in 16’, I figured I return to purchase my second vehicle. I was interested in a Kona this time around. While our Sales Representative Erik was amazing, their Sales Manager Albert was not! The pitch he made was unreasonable…payments for financing would’ve been more than the Santa Fe payments we made (not to mention for a car of lesser value). He kept pushing more for a lease (which was not what I wanted), and monthly payments would cost more than the value of the car (nearly 15k more, no exaggeration) with a 72 month payment plan (with his request of 12k down). My main issue is that I felt that my Husband & I were profiled as minorities, through his interaction with us!!! Then as we declined, he refused to give me my credit card back to our Sales Rep! I left there disgusted and overwhelmed by the level of tackiness, unprofessionalism, etc.! I would NEVER do business with them again, or recommend for anyone to do so!!! I am not one to leave reviews, but I would never want anyone else to experience what my Husband & I did! Thankfully, I was able to find business else where, with another major dealership. More
I’m this current climate, they continue to make each customer feel loved and appreciated and took their time to explain everything and all the options and were super patient.
