Sully, the financial manager working with us, was so sweet. She had a variety of solutions for any issues we encountered along the way. Both Jesenia and Sully exceeded our expectations without trying to upscale. The entire staff were professional, caring as well as attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. More
I brought my Elantra at this dealership in 2015, and have had a problem with my left signal light staying on whenever my daylight running lights was engaged. I cant believe they were going to charge me $600 to switch replace a power window control switch!! For starters, my switch wasn't even broken or malfunctioning..I literally broke the driver side power switch replace a power window control switch!! For starters, my switch wasn't even broken or malfunctioning..I literally broke the driver side power window button off... And they have the gall to say oh the whole part is defective, and with labor hours, the total would be almost $600!! Really!!! I saw a video on YouTube where a guy buys the part for $36 bucks and it took him 10 minutes tops to replace the part!! All he needed was 2 screwdrivers and the replacement part...And here you are telling me it would be $600 dollars and the job will take about 2 hours to complete!! SHAME ON YOU FOR THIS complete disregard to a Hyundai car owner like myself!! I am definitely going to complain and write to the main company supervisors about this!! They need to hear that this is a blatant scam and an overcharging of services that are completely unnecessary and unfair!!!! The day after I posted this review, I was immediately contacted directly by the General Manager of the dealership. His name is Dean Ciccarelli. I appreciated how he was understanding and concerned about my feelings regarding the situation.. He was very thorough and professional with me as well.. A workable solution is in progress at the moment, which includes emergency ordering the replacement part today.. I looked online and saw a 2022 Hy Hyundai New Rochelle because I was lucky to have had a friendly and knowledgeable sales rep named Vanessa Lee. I looked online and saw a 2022 Hyundai Elantra at this location so I came in the same day. Vanessa was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She took me out to test drive the car and even pulled out another car just so I can compare them to see which one I would rather purchase. She made the process of leasing a car very smooth. After leasing Vanessa called me to ask if I had any concerns of questions. I’m very thankful for her help. More

Danielle has been a great help with my car so far as I am waiting for the parts to come in. Hopefully will be hearing from Hyundai Customer Affairs soon to assist with a loaner until the parts are delivered waiting for the parts to come in.
