Today's Date April 7th, 2022 PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW HERE: I want to take this opportunity right now to update and share some new information pertaining to my review above.. The day after I posted this review, I was immediately contacted directly by the General Manager of the dealership. His name is Dean Ciccarelli. I appreciated how he was understanding and concerned about my feelings regarding the situation.. He was very thorough and professional with me as well.. A workable solution is in progress at the moment, which includes emergency ordering the replacement part today.. Today's Date April 11th, 2022 PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW THAT I POSTED ABOVE HERE: I want to take this opportunity right now to update and share some new information pertaining to my review above.. The day after I posted this review, I was immediately contacted directly by the General Manager of the Hyundai dealerships.. His name is Dean Ciccarelli.. He spoke to me in person by explaining the technical aspects of Installing a new replacement for my power window switch.. He explained in detail how beneficial it would be for my car if the replacement and installation were done by a licensed Huyndai technician as opposed to how it was replaced first hand as demonstrated in the above mentioned YouTube video I saw.. I appreciated how he was understanding and concerned about my feelings regarding the situation.. He was very thorough and professional with me as well.. A workable solution is in progress at the moment, which includes installing the replacement part immediately today.. I thank you Mr. Ciccarelli for going above and beyond for me...
