I was not happy with Finance department (Jessica), Please don't take me wrong, she is a good from finance prospective. Why I was not happy, because it was mandatory from Empire Richelle to have finance preowned. During finance Jessica made all documents, without checking with us for finance period and having excellent credit score of 849, still she gave me finance rate of 7.25% and 60 months. When I asked her I need for minimum 24 or 36 months and saying finance rate will be same for lower month? Did not make any sense to me. Finance department should be open upfront checking with customer before making documents. If you have any question, I will be more then happy to discuss issue over the phone. More

I made a $500 deposit on a car only to get call after call from the salesperson that the car has been delayed. Eventually the car was delayed to only a few days before I had planned to move out of state. call from the salesperson that the car has been delayed. Eventually the car was delayed to only a few days before I had planned to move out of state. Not only this, but each time I called, she fudged the original delivery date. For example, I was first told a delivery date of June 10th, then the next call I received about a delay, she said the original delivery date was June 20th. This happened more than once. In the end I bought from another dealer. I asked this dealer to refund my deposit. I texted the salesperson several times asking whether they had sent me a check with the refund. She ignored my texts, which I know because she had "read receipts" enabled, so I could see that she read them and didn't respond. Finally, I threatened to take them to small claims court. It was only after that that I got my refund. All in all, it was an atrocious experience. More
