This is not for the dealership but for the Service department and for the parts. At first I was happy with the Service department when Steve was in charge. I had interaction with Chet and Mathew an department and for the parts. At first I was happy with the Service department when Steve was in charge. I had interaction with Chet and Mathew and was happy with the service I had gotten. Then it went downhill. I wasn't the only customer who noticed. I took it for an inspection in Sept. on a Wednesday. I requested that my tires. wipers and battery be checked and I wanted the print out for the battery. I was told by Angelica that the battery was good. I requested the printout again finally got one that said the battery was low due to low millage and that they had charged it and that there wasn't any paper left to give me another print out. This was after being made to wait another hour after they told me I was finished. I took it in for inspection on a Wednesday on Saturday all four tires where low and I mean very low that I had to have someone put air in all four of them because the light came on. I made an appointment for Oct to change the battery. I did not want to go. I could have gone to Queens and follow Mathew who gave me a price for the battery and told me installation would be free but I decided to give New Rochelle another chance. Two men gave me two different prices for installation. No one really wanted to give a price. So when I disputed the high one it was put on notes, that I assume they can read and not for the customer that I was being difficult. That did not sit well with me because now I wondered what were they going to do to my car. BTW you have to hope they have a battery in stock when you come for the service because you have to take care of that yourself. Well thank God for Wes from parts who saved the battery for me and was the only one who gave me a price over the phone. He was so kind and considerate. Also thank God for Robert who put my car in GOOD HANDS with the Service Tech. Shaun, Sean or Shawn. who checked my car and installed my battery. In times like these; it is nice to encounter people who are considerate and not trying to rip some one off. I cannot afford to buy a new car. I don't mind paying for service if it is needed and it is done right. Please do not get rid of Shaun, Wes and make Robert service manager if he already isn't. Make Sean head Tech and give him and Wes raises. Good Workers are hard to find. More
Our salesperson was Saadia and she was very patient and understanding. She was very professional and kind. Angelica and the rest of the team were fantastic! They quickly got me in and out and let me know exactly what was wrong with my car. If you want to build brand loyalty, don't try to tell me "my car is going to be having future problems" and try to sell me a car. Instead help me get my car fixed and make me want to return for a future purpose. More
