I had a terrible sales experience with Demond on June 29, so much so that the manager had to step in. After reflecting on everything that happened that day, I decided not to move forward with the purchase. T so much so that the manager had to step in. Throughout the process, I felt pressured to continue, despite being sleep-deprived and waiting for eight hours at the dealership. I was convinced to stay because they kept lowering the price, but in hindsight, I realize that was just a tactic to keep me there. When I ultimately decided to cancel the sale and requested my deposit back, Mike from the Sales department assured me that the three credit inquiries— which I felt were forced on me—would consolidate into one within 15 days. It’s now been well over a month, and the inquiries still haven’t been removed. My experience with the two sales staff was awful, with the exception of George, who was at least somewhat helpful. As you consider doing business here, I urge you to think carefully based on my experience. More
