I was helped by both Frances in Sales and Mike in Finance. Frances was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have never felt so comfortable and trusting when buying a car. The representative was misleading and her manager was horribly rude. They took our deposit on a car and failed to deliver. We were supposed to pick up the car on a Saturday and our rep told us their sy horribly rude. They took our deposit on a car and failed to deliver. We were supposed to pick up the car on a Saturday and our rep told us their systems were down. We asked to come in the following day but it was apparently her day off. We left it that we would come in on Monday. When Monday showed, she told us the car was just sent up for inspection. Shortly afterwards, the manager told us the engine was bad and they couldn’t sell us the car. When asked when they knew, he told us they knew Saturday. As you can see, there was a gap between what they knew and what they told us and when. We don’t know exactly why they lied to us but believe they found a different buyer for more money. It’s worth noting that the manager, Rob, was incredibly rude and his language was unprofessional. Under no circumstances would I recommend their services or EVER buy a vehicle from them. You have been warned! More
