I was helped by both Frances in Sales and Mike in Finance. Frances was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have never felt so comfortable and trusting when buying a car. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car in the NY area to head over to Empire and ask for Frances. Mike was speedy and not pushy at all. Which I've found to be rare when dealing with financing a car. When I purchase my next vehicle, I will for sure be heading back to Empire so that Frances can assist me in doing so. More

The representative was misleading and her manager was horribly rude. They took our deposit on a car and failed to deliver. We were supposed to pick up the car on a Saturday and our rep told us their sy horribly rude. They took our deposit on a car and failed to deliver. We left it that we would come in on Monday. When Monday showed, she told us the car was just sent up for inspection. Shortly afterwards, the manager told us the engine was bad and they couldn’t sell us the car. When asked when they knew, he told us they knew Saturday. As you can see, there was a gap between what they knew and what they told us and when. We don’t know exactly why they lied to us but believe they found a different buyer for more money. It’s worth noting that the manager, Rob, was incredibly rude and his language was unprofessional. Under no circumstances would I recommend their services or EVER buy a vehicle from them. You have been warned! More

Anglica (don't know her last name) was the person who assisted me to get my vehicle serviced. She is in the service department. I have been with Hyundai for almost 20 years. When I called to have my assisted me to get my vehicle serviced. She is in the service department. I have been with Hyundai for almost 20 years. When I called to have my vehicle serviced I was given a date for almost the end of August. The individual who made the appointment schedule was reluctant to help give me an earlier appointment. I called for an appointment in June and quite surprise that the date I was given was in August. I had a long distance journey to go on and was very worried about driving my vehicle on such a journey without first having it checked out. This is something I do all the time and I never take my vehicle to another company for servicing. I was about to try another company to service my vehicle, but decided to call again Empire Hyundai. This time I got Angelica. She made the process easy and I got my vehicle serviced and was able to go on my journey without fear of having car problems on my journey. Thanks again to Angelica. More
