We can in on a Sunday and worked out a deal. The following day we can in and the finance rep gave us a hard time saying our credit didnt qualify us for the deal. Fine. But after 45 minutes he finally agreed to the deal! I assume he knew that at the beginning but thought we'd cough up the extra $5. Also, we had a 4pm pick up time scheduled but the car wasnt ready until 6:30!! Why not just tell us to come in at 6??? Marc was great tho and we'll be back. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we could pay - next time we would like a more straightforward process. If we say we want X at $Y, and you can do it - Just do it!! More

The most fun I ever had in a dealership leasing a new car that I had no intention of leasing when I woke up that morning! I walked in the showroom just to look around and was introduced to Marc LaMassa, nice that I had no intention of leasing when I woke up that morning! Well I have to say I had the best vehicle buying experence with New Rochelle Hyundai.. All I did was call and ask how much and that price stood even when I closed the deal. We could not believe within a few hours we walked out with a NEW vehicle that the whole fa friendliness, respect, and answered all of our questions. He worked with us to find the best vehicle for my over 6 foot son and my under 5 foot daughter, that they both felt comfortable driving. He stayed very late explaining "all" the details of our new car. Helped set up the kids bluetooth phones which gives me peace of mind, so i know they will drive safely. He is the best Director of service that the place has ever had in all honesty! His dedication to keep his word and strive to resolve every issue, problem and concern for the customer is really quite remarkable! Upon entering the Hyundai dealer in New Rochelle I was greeted immediately and had all my questions/concerns answered. I was able to work out a great price for my new 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0Turbo. I was informed of many and all possible discounts which helped with lowering my monthly fees. Astley Graham was readily available to speak with me regarding any additional questions I had while waiting for the vehicle to be delivered to the location. He was also very flexible with his means of communication whether it be VIA text, e-mail or phone calls. He made sure to accommodate me as the customer as best as possible (example; allowing me to snap a picture and e-mail something rather than attempt to find a fax machine or have to leave work early to deliver something in person). Flexible means of communication in this day and age is crucial ! When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Astley was very meticulous in regards to "showing me the ropes" of my new car! It was very late in the day and even though it was after his normal work hours (and I was an hour or more late) he made sure to take the time to go through everything with me in a patient manner. Again, I had an overall positive experience and would recommend anyone to visit this dealership and to meet with Astley. More
