This was a really good experience from both getting the car my wife and I needed, getting it all explained, prepared and approved for us, I have nothing but the best to say about the way Peter, Richard and car my wife and I needed, getting it all explained, prepared and approved for us, I have nothing but the best to say about the way Peter, Richard and Greg had made it all possible. This all started with a phone call from me at a late point in the day on a Saturday, past the dealership hours. I was honestly expecting to leave a message, but to my surprize it was Greg Munoz (the General Manager) that answered and (though was very late Saturday) he took time to explain the vehicule to me and also to set up all needed appointments to me, for the following day. Greg was absolutely great to deal with. And the very following day, I had met Peter and Richard that met with both my wife and I, took us on to a road test, explained the vehicule that we wanted, and pretty much moving everything towards what needed to be done to get a great deal on our future vehicule. I was honestly impressed by the professionalism, the knowledge, patience and care that Peter, Richard and Greg showed to us. I feel that they went over and beyond what other dealers would have done (and we hve a long driving experience). For these reasons I highly recommend this place to you. If there was a 6 star here, I feel thet they deserve it. More

entered a very warm and roomy showroom to be greeted by Jeremy who sold us our last Elantra and he remembered our names 2 yrs later. I went to several different dealerships all around Westchester County looking to get more information on the car I was interested in, and none of the dealerships were as good as New Rochelle Hyundai. Everything went by smoothly with no complications, and i'm in love with my car! In other dealerships I felt as though the people weren't that interested in helping me, but in New Rochelle Hyundai it was like they were doing everything they could to help me get the car I wanted. It was by far the best car dealership experience I have ever had. More

We can in on a Sunday and worked out a deal. The following day we can in and the finance rep gave us a hard time saying our credit didnt qualify us for the deal. Fine. But after 45 minutes he finally agreed to the deal! I assume he knew that at the beginning but thought we'd cough up the extra $5. Also, we had a 4pm pick up time scheduled but the car wasnt ready until 6:30!! Why not just tell us to come in at 6??? Marc was great tho and we'll be back. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we could pay - next time we would like a more straightforward process. If we say we want X at $Y, and you can do it - Just do it!! More

The most fun I ever had in a dealership leasing a new car that I had no intention of leasing when I woke up that morning! I walked in the showroom just to look around and was introduced to Marc LaMassa, nice that I had no intention of leasing when I woke up that morning! We sat down, ran real one time numbers, I signed on the dotted line, plates were off my trade and I was driving away in my new car!
