I went to several different dealerships all around Westchester County looking to get more information on the car I was interested in, and none of the dealerships were as good as New Rochelle Hyundai. Everything went by smoothly with no complications, and i'm in love with my car! In other dealerships I felt as though the people weren't that interested in helping me, but in New Rochelle Hyundai it was like they were doing everything they could to help me get the car I wanted. It was by far the best car dealership experience I have ever had. More

We can in on a Sunday and worked out a deal. The following day we can in and the finance rep gave us a hard time saying our credit didnt qualify us for the deal. Fine. But after 45 minutes he finall following day we can in and the finance rep gave us a hard time saying our credit didnt qualify us for the deal. Fine. But after 45 minutes he finally agreed to the deal! I assume he knew that at the beginning but thought we'd cough up the extra $5. Also, we had a 4pm pick up time scheduled but the car wasnt ready until 6:30!! Why not just tell us to come in at 6??? Marc was great tho and we'll be back. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we could pay - next time we would like a more straightforward process. If we say we want X at $Y, and you can do it - Just do it!! More

The most fun I ever had in a dealership leasing a new car that I had no intention of leasing when I woke up that morning! Well I have to say I had the best vehicle buying experence with New Rochelle Hyundai.. All I did was call and ask how much and that price stood even when I closed the deal.
