A lot experience from sales guys, now, i have another Hyundai Dealer near my house (curry Cortland Manor NY ) , guys are sock, yes they think they own the world over there and can treat a customer like ...........any way i try to give the chance to them, but they don't give me chance......they just want put extra bucks and theirs pockets and customers go to another place.............and also all the group ( Toyota, Subaru , etc ) think in the same way....( its no the sales persons problems, the managment its sock ) ....i live in the area and i try to do business in my area.......no work for me....and of course i go it drive 45 minutes to reach, New Rochelle Hyundai, i am going over there, and explain the same like the other dealer, simple, they understansd what i want and they try to do the best for me, and blieve me , they do the best !!!!!!!! Sales persons, very professionals, i deal by phone and personally, very professional, managment excellent, thxs New Rochelle Hyundai and i wish you the best. Returning Lease Immediately upon entering the dealership we were welcomed by Jennifer. I explained I was there to review options upon returning my lease and that I h Immediately upon entering the dealership we were welcomed by Jennifer. I explained I was there to review options upon returning my lease and that I had received an e-mail with an offer. Quickly she obtained the necessary information and showed me some car options. I, of course, wanted to keep all of the same features that I currently had but in a new car without having to sacrifice monthly payments. Not only did she and her manager search for the color that I wanted, the price was exactly what I was looking for; there was no need to delay and I drove away with a brand new car and could not be happier. I love that Jennifer was knowledgeable, pleasant and very understanding. In addition my husband and I have visited this Hyundai before but this experience was different, much more pleasant and we were out in half the time it took in the past. We will definitely return when his lease is up in December. More

The wait time was minimal and all of my questions were answered honestly. The quality of pre-owned certified vehicles is top notch, and they let you take your time to drive the car and make a decision. AVOID this dealership!!! This dealorship has got to be the most unprofessional business I've had the displeasure of working with. Please read this review before considering doing business with them. In April 2013, I purchased a preowned Audi convertible. During the negotiations, I was told that if I financed the car, I would get a certain price. I financed it but was fooled into purchasing the extended warranty which had a 30 day 100% refund cancellation stipulation. Three weeks later, I cancelled the warranty. The finance manager I originally worked with had since left the company, so I worked with a gentleman named Tommy James, who put me in in touch with his assistant, Alanna Echeverry. Both assured me that the warranty would be cancelled and my bank would be credited the full amount. We are now close to a year after I purchased the car, and I still have not received my refund. I spoke with the insurance company, Fidelity and was told they refunded the money to the dealorship in August. I have the paperwork to back up the cancellation confirmation. I have spoken to a number of persons at the Hyundai of New Rochelle, but all have led to a dead end. I sent several emails that go no response from this organization and whenever I call, I get passed around to different people. Even today, I spoke with a Sales Manager, who said he would call me back in 15 minutes, but there's been no call back. If someone can tell me how I can get my money back from a company that I thought I was doing a good faith business transactions with, any help will be much appreciated. For now, please beware. There are plenty of dealorships with stand up employees. There is no reason to patron this one. *****UPDATE May 25, 2014 I finally got in touch with someone at the dealership, Joe Ruffalo, who represented himself as a manager, actually EMAILED me a copy of the check for full warranty amount. (I accepted the dealership won't pay interest on the warranty fees, despite it being their fault any interest was incurred.) At any rate, I thought all was settled and we could move on, but it turns out Hyundai New Rochelle did not sign or mail the check to the bank. Repeated attempts of both myself and my boyfriend have gone unanswered. This issue has now gone on for over a year. I reiterate my advice above and to proceed with caution with this dealership.
