I went to the dealership and was immediately greeted and introduced to a sales professional named Mark. He was very patient while I asked questions about leasing versus buying as well as questions on severa introduced to a sales professional named Mark. I left the dealership with the intentions to meet with Mark the following day and purchase a car. When I returned to the dealership, Mark was not there (he was out sick) but he was kind enough to give another sales professional, Freddie Mercado, a heads up that I would be returning. Freddie was very knowledgeable and patient while I asked a million questions as a first time buyer. He was able to find me a car in my price range without making me feel pressured to go outside of my range. While Freddie showed me plenty of choices, Neal Matos (the business manager) was very helpful in helping me get the financing I needed in order to buy the car. Neal was very personable and extremely courteous offering beverages and explaining everything very clearly so a first time buyer like me could understand exactly what I would be spending by purchasing the car. They were both wonderful with the paperwork. My (used) new car was detailed quickly and given to me immaculate. Even the valet took my keys with a smile and was friendly and polite. Everyone at both dealerships (new and used) worked together to present me with several options without ever making me feel like they were trying to sell me anything! I would absolutly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. More

This is the 2nd Genesis I have leased at New Rochelle Hyundai. They are truthful and back up their deals. I was also misled by the salesman about the meaning of certification vs warranty information....bad salesmanship.... $600 for certification of the car and $350 in car prep fees from what I remember, and I have to replace the windshield wipers that are completely worn!! I would like to put this review in context. I am a blond, curly-haired 5'4 ft, lower 30's female who works in marketing with a bubbly, outgoing personality. I say this because there have been many times I feel dealers have "seen me coming" or at least thought they did. There have been many times I have felt taken advantage of. However, at this dealership I did not feel this way. They really worked with me to get the price I wanted and they respected the legwork I had done before the trip. They had the best price hands down and I searched high and low and talked to over 7 other Hyundai dealerships in the area. The prices varied widely (see context above). And at the end of the day New Rochelle Hyundai came in $1,500 lower than anyone else. They gave me the best price on my trade in when other dealerships were lowballing me well below the Edmunds and KBB prices. Demond was patient and honest. I didn't feel pressured at any time. He let me move at my own pace. Jeremie was also fantastic and helped getting me to where I needed to be price wise. I would suggest this dealership above all other dealerships in Westchester County, NY. I can tell you from experience they will give you the best price and will treat you with the most respect - I cannot say that about the other dealerships I visited in the area - who treated me like I knew nothing. I would particularly recommend this dealership to other women. I was not discriminated against here or viewed as an easy target. From the time I stepped in that dealership they had the best price. At no point did they try to tack on extras like advertising, delivery fee, VIN etching. The price is the price and it is a fair and honest price. According to Edmund's my price was "Great Pricing". And even on the lower side. The experience was stress free and I left with my new car feeling really good about the purchase, price and product. This is who you should use. More
I saw a car online with really good mileage and price last Saturday, so I called New Rochelle Hyundai. He was really nice to us and checked that car on his computer immediately. Unfortunately, the car has been sold weeks ago and the system haven't updated yet. I thought I fell for a bait and switch trick and was a little upset, but Javier asked for my car requirements and immediately pulled out four cars that matched my need and price range. To my surprise, they were all equally good if not better deals than the one I saw online. I chose to see two of them and test drove one. I love both of them so Javier gave me their Carfax and let me compare. We chose the one I test drove and we began to negotiate the price. Throughout the process, Javier worked with us, answered all my questions and waiting patiently when we were discussing among family. I wanted to drive that car away that day, but New Rochelle Hyundai doesn't take personal check or credit card in a large sum of money. Also, their accounting department is closed on Saturday and will open again on Monday. Javier said I could ask a co-worker to drive me to work on Monday, and he will send someone to pick me up from work. We agreed and I put down a $500 deposit. When we left, it was 7 PM, an hour past their closing time, but Javier and his manager did not rush us at all. Come Monday, Javier picked me up from work personally and drove through traffic to get to New Rochelle Hyundai. He told me he had the mechanic checked out the break and changed a pad because I was complaining about it when I test drove last Saturday. Then, I was introduced to Finance Manager Tony by Javier. Tony was friendly and answered my questions about extended warranty and the final price. I gave him my certified check, signed some contracts, got my registration and plates from him, and the deal is done. Javier handed me the key, put up the registration and plates for me, and I drove away. This car was even better than the one I saw online and I am loving it! If you want great deals and great service, ask for Javier Agurto! More
