Not only because I love my new car but the employees here are passionate about the vehicles they sell and are friendly and professional. The wait time was minimal and all of my questions were answered honestly. The quality of pre-owned certified vehicles is top notch, and they let you take your time to drive the car and make a decision. Please read this review before considering doing business with them. In April 2013, I purchased a preowned Audi convertible. During the negotiations, I was told that if I financed the car, I would get a certain price. I financed it but was fooled into purchasing the extended warranty which had a 30 day 100% refund cancellation stipulation. Three weeks later, I cancelled the warranty. The finance manager I originally worked with had since left the company, so I worked with a gentleman named Tommy James, who put me in in touch with his assistant, Alanna Echeverry. Both assured me that the warranty would be cancelled and my bank would be credited the full amount. We are now close to a year after I purchased the car, and I still have not received my refund. I spoke with the insurance company, Fidelity and was told they refunded the money to the dealorship in August. I have the paperwork to back up the cancellation confirmation. I have spoken to a number of persons at the Hyundai of New Rochelle, but all have led to a dead end. I sent several emails that go no response from this organization and whenever I call, I get passed around to different people. Even today, I spoke with a Sales Manager, who said he would call me back in 15 minutes, but there's been no call back. If someone can tell me how I can get my money back from a company that I thought I was doing a good faith business transactions with, any help will be much appreciated. For now, please beware. There are plenty of dealorships with stand up employees. There is no reason to patron this one. *****UPDATE May 25, 2014 I finally got in touch with someone at the dealership, Joe Ruffalo, who represented himself as a manager, actually EMAILED me a copy of the check for full warranty amount. (I accepted the dealership won't pay interest on the warranty fees, despite it being their fault any interest was incurred.) At any rate, I thought all was settled and we could move on, but it turns out Hyundai New Rochelle did not sign or mail the check to the bank. Repeated attempts of both myself and my boyfriend have gone unanswered. This issue has now gone on for over a year. I reiterate my advice above and to proceed with caution with this dealership. For my first time purchasing a Hyundai, I feel this dealership was A+ from my first visit until I picked up my car. All the sales people, finance dept. were wonderful. They helped me find the best package that I could afford and made me feel confident of my purchase. I highly recommend Robert Savage (he was always available, regardless of the time of day) for all of my questions the week leading up to picking up the car. I was about to give up and my husband talked me into going to the Hyundai store in New Rochelle on 3/11/14, at first I was feeling like we were not going to get anywhere, and then Robert spoke to us and going to the Hyundai store in New Rochelle on 3/11/14, at first I was feeling like we were not going to get anywhere, and then Robert spoke to us and relayed all of our concerns to the Business Manager Neal who took the time to sit us down and go through everything, I was so well informed and appreciative that with all he had to do he had time for us. He worked to get us the best APR rates even lower than Capital One, that was kind of shocking but while he was working his magic Robert, engaged us buy talking about the good old times in Jamaica. We left with a 2011 Hyundai Elantra, what a sweet vehicle we could not have asked for a better car. I am so please with how we were treated and the patience that they had for all our questions and concerns that I am sending them a gift basket because I truly expected to be swindled and we were treated as if they had known us forever. No all experiences are meant to be good ones but it sure feels great when you can tell people about one. Good job Robert and Neal!!!! More

Before entering new rochelle hyundai I was skeptical,as I always when purchasing a new car.As soon as entered I was met with a warm greeting and given ample time to inspect their showroom. My sales person offered me refreshments and donuts,then we sat down to talk business,Jennifer was very knowledgable,she went over every available option on both the Tuscan and Santa Fe,the 2 vehicles I was interested in and help me choose which vehicle would best suit my needs.We then worked out a reasonable price which I was very satisfied with.The next morning my new car car was washed,fully gassed and the paperwork was just waiting for my signature.It turned out to be a most welcome and pleasurable experience Thank You very much Jen More
