Professional Sales Team I purchased a Hyundai Accent last week. I went in on Monday to meet with a sales person for information and pricing. The sales person, Jennifer was I purchased a Hyundai Accent last week. I went in on Monday to meet with a sales person for information and pricing. The sales person, Jennifer was was excellent . I felt comfortable during the entire process. I got the exact vehicle I wanted and was satisfied with the pricing.. The car was delivered 2 days later. She spent the time to get all the paperwork completed correctly and go through the features of the car.. During the process I did meet 2 sales managers who were also pleasant to deal with. At the end , I met the business manager, who did a final review of the paperwork , and explained the extended warrant . Like every one else, he was also professional. I can only give this dealership an excellent rating. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE Great Experience Originally was at dealership for my 45,000 mile service. Had time on y hand and started looking at floor model vehicles. Tony, a sales representative came over to me to answer any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was a pleasure to speak with. I informed him that I was not looking to buy but he still took time out of his day to answer all questions. Next thing I know, we are sitting down figuring numbers out. With the assistance of Joe Ruffalo and Frank Portaro, a deal was made and I walked out the the dealership with a new vehicle at a great price. I could not have been happier. To complete my experience, the young lady who assisted with the insurance paperwork was delightful and pleasant. Tony Caporale (finance) was professional and explained the finance portion thoroughly without rushing me. I must not leave out the purpose of my visit, which was to service my vehicle. The service department treated me like family (as usual). John Arias recognizes me each any every time I arrive to maintain mine or my wives vehicles. My wife and I are on our 10th Hyundai and have dealt with numerous management groups, but this group was by far above the rest. More

The Used Car Fiasco turned Happily Ever After.. God bless Lynn Russillo! Professional, kind, compassionate and got the job done!! I purchased a 2009 Sonata in Dec 2012. The car was a problem within God bless Lynn Russillo! Professional, kind, compassionate and got the job done!! I purchased a 2009 Sonata in Dec 2012. The car was a problem within a couple of months. John Arias and Joe Ruffalo helped with the initial problem, but the trouble didn't stop. 10 months later the car would die on a weekly basis; the car was in and out of the service dept. Each time, everyone was very nice and tried their best to help and accommodate our inconvenience. After the third tow back to the service department, we were told that the car was purchased when previous management owned Hyundai and they had gone bankrupt. Legally, the new owners had no obligation to help us. So perhaps we would have gone through Hyundai Corporate and I assume that could have taken a very long time. That's when we met Lynn Russillo and Frank Portaro. Lynn took control of the situation and introduced us to Frank, and between the both of them they offered us a 2007 Sonata with less miles and in great condition as an even trade in. They made a potential horror become an easy, stress-free transition. So instead of possibly losing over $10,000 (cost of first car), we drove home in our new car on June 11, 2014. We were assured by Lynn, Frank and Joe that should any problems arise they will be there for us - and I believe them 100%. These are people that did not have to go out of their way, but chose to go above and beyond based on a moral obligation - and that just doesn't happen these days. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! My husband and I also lease a 2013 Hyundai. Now, I can say with certainty, that Hyundai will remain in our family for years to come. These are people you WANT to work with - I highly recommend going to this dealership, good product and people who stand by their word. More
