This is by far the most incompetent dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you want absolutely lazy and useless managers and assistant managers than this is your place. They will never return your phone calls as promised and have no sense of urgency or the concept of customer service. I have been waiting for three days to get an answer to why my cars gear shifter will not work. It should not be so complicated to find out what is wrong with the car! Aren’t there mechanics that work on site??? Every single time I call, I am told that the assistant manager or manager are not available and will call me back. I end up waiting the entire day until I finally followup myself and then am told that they have left for the day. I am so fed up dealing with this headache, which has taken time and energy out of my working day. As this is my only car, it has become an extreme inconvenience as my family cannot go anywhere and I have had to find other methods of getting to work and taking my child to daycare. When I asked if I could get a loaner car, their response is that there are non available. Then get one!!! This experience has made me never want to purchase another Hyundai again especially not at the New Rochelle dealership. More

Exceeded All Expectations I was recently shopping for a new Hyundai Genesis. I was coming out of a leased 2011 Genesis. I was willing to travel a bit to get exactly what I want I was recently shopping for a new Hyundai Genesis. I was coming out of a leased 2011 Genesis. I was willing to travel a bit to get exactly what I wanted in terms of color and a great price. A few dealers I called like Paramus Hyundai wouldn't even talk to me unless I came in. The old "just get em in the door" routine. I wanted to do my shopping via the Internet and over the phone. I worked with Demond Jones who was a complete professional! No games what so ever. I told him what I wanted in terms of color. They didn't have it in stock, but he said he'd get it for me. Before the end of the day he called me with a VIN number. They had identified the car at another dealer. I was aware of the car. We agreed on a price on Wednesday night, they brought the car in on Thursday. We handled the buyers order, credit application (lease), and deposit over the phone. Friday morning I picked up the car. Everyone at the dealership including the F&I manager were great. No pressure, no hard sell, and no games! Demond demonstrated the entire car. Best car buying experience I've had and I've had many. More

"Great Experience Overall" I found this dealership by chance through my credit card company after applying for a loan. My experience hadn't been positive looking for a replacem I found this dealership by chance through my credit card company after applying for a loan. My experience hadn't been positive looking for a replacement vehicle, but the courtesy and response I received from New Rochelle Hyundai was refreshing. Their representative Jose Molina called several times to follow up on my inquiry and once at their facility, he extended himself in making sure I could find a car that not only worked for me, but stayed within my budget. After 3 visits, I was lucky enough to have found a vehicle that I felt comfortable with and ready to purchase. I believe managers like Neil Matos and Jose Molina show the example of what good customer service should be at a dealership. I thank Jose and the staff for working with me and making my experience of purchasing a vehicle a positive one. I would definitely recommend others to their dealership in the future. More

Courteous, honest, lowest price around! I have so many wonderful things to say about Hyundai New Rochelle. Our salesperson, Marc LaMassa was excellent. He made us feel welcome the minute we I have so many wonderful things to say about Hyundai New Rochelle. Our salesperson, Marc LaMassa was excellent. He made us feel welcome the minute we stepped into the store. He never once pressured us - unlike many of the other dealerships we visited - and was so patient with us. We test drove the car 4 times, wanting to try different driving conditions, and both my husband and I wanted turns. Marc completely understood our need to really know the care before committing, and was gracious and validating, telling us to take our time and make sure we felt right. He was so supportive and knowledgeable, it really decreased the stress we felt in buying our first car. The manager was also amazing, and when we were ready to negotiate he came back with an amazing competitive price - lower than all the other Hyundai dealers we visited. The price included all fees and taxes so that we knew what we would pay when we walked out the door - no hidden surprises. They even matched the trade in value we were being offered at another dealership in addition to the low price on the new car! I will definitely come back to Hyundai New Rochelle - they were so professional and I felt that they really respected my time, and took care not to keep me waiting. Finally there is the car itself. The 2015 Sonata is remarkable. Truly a luxury car - the only one in its class with such incredible features. It drives like a dream, and I was obsessed with the panoramic moon roof, and couldnt get over the safety features and little luxuries throughout the car - like a heated steering wheel, and a trunk that pops open when you simply approach the car. Hyundai New Rochelle - you earned my trust. Thank you for everything. More

We met Joel our salesman and drove the 2015 Genesis. Both Joel and the car are great. He knows more about his product than anyone we dealt with at other dealers. Joe, the manager, was a very positive influence. Joel had a lot of patience going over all the Technology on the car...we can be slow learners! Love driving this car More
