This review has little to do with the salespersons and all to do with the managers. I put down $4000 towards a car, but due to credit issues we couldn't make it work. We agreed to refund my $4000. It has been over three weeks and even after calls inquiring about the refund, I received no call back. There is no good reason for them to not refund my money. And the fact that they STILL haven't refunded it may very well be representative of what's behind the nice looking dealership and well dressed salespersons. More
