After doing business with them you will start asking, 1. Why do dealership exist? Why do they exist, wouldn't it be easier and better to buy a car online. Why do the 1st paper they make you sign is an arbitration agreement, where a lawyer on their payroll will judge your complaint if you are naive enough... 3. Why do they insist on debit card payment, my now. I am hete less than 5 minutes? You cannot dispute once it leaves your bank. 4. Why are they tiring you out by making you wait for hours? The idea is for you to have no energy by the time you are in room with the "manager". 5.Where is my salesperson, he/she was hovering all the tike before meeting with manager.... 6. What happened to the price salesman quoted me, and on which I paid the down payment 4 hours ago..... where does these new numbers coming from, and yes, where is the salesman.... 7. What the f%$# happened, how did my monthly lease went up by $100 and still, where is the salesman... 8. Why is the showroom dark now.... oh, you were last sucker of day. See, here comes salesman, with they keys for car you just paid an extra 3000 than what he/she promised More

I choose the brand new Elantra SEL and I absolutely love it! They will have my business when I am ready for something new down the road.
