I went to another dealership prior to this one trying to get the Elantra N and I couldn't get it done. I then came to Empire Hyundai of Jamaica and I knew from the beginning we were going to get something d get the Elantra N and I couldn't get it done. I was treated with great hospitality from Jack, and he did everything he could to help me walk out with the car. Got my first car yesterday, the 2023 Kona SEL and the dealership as well as Jack McGovern had provided excellent customer service. Jack was fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable! Why do the 1st paper they make you sign is an arbitration agreement, where a lawyer on their payroll will judge your complaint if you are naive enough... 3. Why do they insist on debit card payment, my now. I am hete less than 5 minutes? You cannot dispute once it leaves your bank. 4. Why are they tiring you out by making you wait for hours? The idea is for you to have no energy by the time you are in room with the "manager". 5.Where is my salesperson, he/she was hovering all the tike before meeting with manager.... 6. What happened to the price salesman quoted me, and on which I paid the down payment 4 hours ago..... where does these new numbers coming from, and yes, where is the salesman.... 7.
