I went in to check out a car and I feel like I was ambushed, switched and baited. They won't let me leave when I wanted. They had my car key and car was in the parking lot. I was surprised to find out my terms are 39 months instead of 36. I ended up paying $3000 more of pocket than agreed upon. When I came in to pick up car, it wasn't ready and detailed.
