On September 21, 2021 I asked about a specific vehicle they had advertised. When I was told they had it in stock I made an appointment for 630pm that same evening to take it for a test drive. Got there and after waiting about 5 to 10 minutes I was told that the vehicle that I specifically asked to test drive was not there and had not been there all day. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. First and only time ever going there. More

I have been a loyal customer of Empire Hyundai since 2018. Recently, I walked into the dealership, unannounced, and was, to my great experience, greeted by a Sales Associate, Benjamin Vieira. I had no intention of buying a new car, I was perfectly happy with my 2018 Elantra. Yet, with my experience with Ben? I happily walked away with a much better car, with a fantastic experience. Truth be told, I’m pretty sure I’m not the easiest of customers. Ben not only met my high (if not unreasonable) expectations), but superceded them. Picked up a 50K 2020 F250 (13K miles) only to have no license plate bracket, one key (had to find 2nd one) , and 24 miles left of gas. Worst experience ever and won’t be back at all. Had a great experience! Needing to get out of my car and had no hope. I walked in and meet Matheus Melo and he worked with me for hours.
