I had heard that Empire Hyundai in Fall River was a good dealership to go through from a friend. My mother needed a new/used car so we went to the dealership together and Terry had helped us find the right dealership to go through from a friend. He did not rush us at all, which is really great because wer had gotten that from other salesmen before. He asked my mom what kind of car she was looking for, if we wanted any upgrades and then he just found us the right car. I not only reccomend all my friends and family to go to Empire , I also recommend Terry he was absolutely phenominal. More

The price could have been a little bit better but i was satisfied. Overall experience. was not excellent but good because we had to wait like 3 hours to get it registered at the dealership. I went out in search for a usedvehicle but ended up buying new. Taking the advice of a friend, I went to Empire Hyundai. I was greeted by a very nice, friendly young man who introduced himself as Jon. buying new. Taking the advice of a friend, I went to Empire Hyundai. Unfortunately I left but later returned however Jon was not available as he was w/ another customer. I was then greeted by Aaron. Like Jon, Aaron was very helpful. I returned to the dealership several times before I finalized my sale and each time Jon greeted me by name (nice job) and welcomed me back. He always engaged me in conversation and tried to make sure I was comfortable asking if I wanted something to drink while waiting. I would highly reccomend Empire Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience from the moment you arrive and beyond. I would also like to give a big thanks to Anthony who really works to get the best deal for his customers! More

I was looking for a used vechicle and I was referred to by my Mom who recently purchased a car for Terry. Went in to look at the Sonata. I was greeted immediately by the sales rep. Unlike other dealers I've been to, George did not make me uncomfortable with his approach. My experience with George was excellent though, and if I'm ever in the market for a four door sedan, I will return to Empire, and hope to find George still there. More

The reason for the ratings I gave. Ricky was very knowledgeable he knew about the car and prices that we were looking at. He also listened to me when I told him what I wanted to spend and he did the best he could to keep in the range I wanted. He was very pleasant to work with. Funny when he needed to be and serious when the time called for it. He kept us informed on what was going on and how long it would be before we would have our car. He made some suggestions that helped me get the best deal I could. I would recommend Ricky to all my friends that are looking for a car. More

But Ricky showed us an Elantra, we test drove it, and my mother was satisfied with it. Still, we were far from ready to buy at that point. We wanted to discuss her wants and needs before committing to a purchase or a price. However, Ricky came back with a price that we could not ignore, and the car was delivered on the same evening.
