We came in there after 5:00 using a borrowed car, no credit, and needing a new one ASAP. Brandon made it possible, and in under an hour, we drove away with an Acccent using the first time car buyer pro credit, and needing a new one ASAP. I did not buy the 2011 sonata turbo because of the multiple blogs for drifting, which I felt on the test drive. I went into empire hyundai hoping they would be able to help me buy a car and sure enough samson did just that. His customer service skills were excellent. When searching for a new vehicle I went to four other dealerships before going to Empire Hyundai. The other dealerships were not as interested in making a sale either for a new or used vehicle. I went to Empire to look at a used vehicle and Bassam was the salesperson who helped me. Although the used vehicle that I looked at was nice I decided that it would not be the right vehicle for my needs. I jokingly asked Bassam about a 2011 Sante Fe and he started to explain all of the benefits to me without being too " pushy " and forward. My wife and I discussed the possibility of a 2011 Santa Fe and decided to call Bassam and see if we could work a deal. We met with him and within about 1 1/2 hours only we were signing papers for a new Santa Fe. The entire experience with Bassam and Empire was a relaxed and non-pressured one. We drove the new vehicle home and are looking forward to the same type of service from Empire and Bassam in the future. More
