I was looking for a new Hyndai perhaps a Sonata. Salesperson Bassam listened to my intent and took me for a test drive.. I also test drove the Elantra. Bassam showed me other Hyndais of the same o Salesperson Bassam listened to my intent and took me for a test drive.. I also test drove the Elantra. I became unsure of my driving the Sonata and Bassam was aware and because of his insight suggested I drive the Elantra for another test drive....It was just what I needed to do. I therefore was sold on the Elantra. He was very informative and patient, showed me all the details to make my driving enjoyable. I recommend Empire Hyundai and especially Bassam! More

TERRIBLE! First off, the price they were giving for a Sonata SE 2.4L was worse than another dealer gave us for a Sonata SE 2.0T! We showed up to look at the car because it was the right color for us. We Sonata SE 2.4L was worse than another dealer gave us for a Sonata SE 2.0T! We showed up to look at the car because it was the right color for us. We drove over 40 miles to see it and they knew it too. They kept us waiting for 15 minutes while they were sitting around eating and chatting. They could tell we could see them too and did not care. When we finally got fed up being treated like this and got up to leave, they ran after us to finally start chatting. By that time, we were getting into our car. As a last ditch pathetic effort, they dared to say to us: "are you sure? because we are selling this car right now to someone else!" . We didn't respond. We just left. Keep away! More

I had a better experience this time around at empire hyundai with Bassam. He explained everything in detail and I believe i got a fair price and he wasnt tricking me. I CALLED AHEAD IN REGARDS TO A CAR I HAD SEEN ADVERTISED ON LINE, ON ARRIVAL THE CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME SO I LOOKED AT THE VEHICLES ON THE LOT.THOMAS, MY SALESMAN,WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL ON LINE, ON ARRIVAL THE CAR WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME SO I LOOKED AT THE VEHICLES ON THE LOT.THOMAS, MY SALESMAN,WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL, HE MADE THE EXPERIENCE PLESURABLE AND LESS STRESSFUL.
