I purchased a new F150 today from Empire, the sales rep was Becky and she was awesome to work with. I wanted a particular type of truck, so I tried searching the internet and visiting dealers out of town o was Becky and she was awesome to work with. I wanted a particular type of truck, so I tried searching the internet and visiting dealers out of town only to find the price they advertised didn’t include their required add-ons and fees. Decided to stop by my hometown dealer, told Becky what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay, she said “well let’s just order one”. I thought it would take forever but 58 days later Becky calls and tells me my truck has arrived. When I picked it up it was cleaned, full of gas, tags installed and all the paperwork completed. Ended up paying less than those discount Internet dealers and kept my money right here in Abingdon. Way to go Becky and Empire Ford of Abingdon!! More

This review is bout a sales-person Becky. . I had been working with another locating that was a lot closer to me on a vehicle i wanted. The one they had there wasn't the one I truly wanted. Af . I had been working with another locating that was a lot closer to me on a vehicle i wanted. The one they had there wasn't the one I truly wanted. After going home that night and running number, i came across the one i wanted here. The next day I called and spoke to Becky. I had everything in a neat little package for her as far as what i wanted and the deal i wanted. She was able to get me the deal i wanted. I did have the other locations vehicle so i said i needed to return it and would be there. I went to the first location and explained thank you, but i found the color and tires i truly want. They offered to get me the vehicle from somewhere for the same price. Since its closer and they did actually do work i agreed. They called this location to see if they would trade the vehicle and did offer them some commission. I heard the convo and their sales manager refuse. After that was done and he found me the vehicle at another location. received a call from Becky. She acted like a petulant child on the phone. Berating me for not buying the vehicle from her stating "she spent so much time." All the while she was yelling at me for my decision. I tried to explain that this works out better for me since its closer and they had actually worked with me longer. She called the other location a liar, said they were adding on a protection service that didn't exist, and they would not be true to their word. She also stated well "what if i meet you half way to take your car to get it serviced or ill just meeting you at your location and take your car for service" I doubt she would hold her word to this. I let her continue to yell at me for longer than i should before i raised my voice back and said she's only worked with me for maybe 30 mins at that point all she did was talk to someone in finance to get me the deal i wanted and at this point i would rather pay MORE for the vehicle than ever purchase from her. She asked to speak to the sales manager so i put her on hold and while i was waiting for him she hung up. This isnt even everything she had said to me over the phone, but i think I put the parts that got my point across. So, if you decide to purchase from here DO NOT GET BECKY. She will whine, fuss, cry, and treat you like crap if you decide not to buy from her. More
