My most recent contact with this dealership was on 1/29/24. I was assisted by advisor James Ingrassia who processed may requested service and completely satisfied my request to complete the service in 1/29/24. In addition, I had some issues with Ram Customer Care icw a service contract. Ram provided little help and told me to work through the dealership. I places a call to Paul Mitchell, the new service manager of Empire. He imediately responded and addressed my issue, providing me with information that helped me better understand the issue Both he and his team came up with a solution to the issue in which I was completely satisfied.
