Service xxxx I brought in my 2007 Chrysler 300 for service last week. After being to made to feeling like I was a bother to the service department because I didn't I brought in my 2007 Chrysler 300 for service last week. After being to made to feeling like I was a bother to the service department because I didn't have an appointment that I was told I didn't need one when I called the prior week. Before I could even explain what was wrong with the car I was being sold a 4 wheel alignment for $149.00 that after I said I could have done at Mavis or Pep-boys for cheaper (I had to call Mavis and Pep-boys to prove I was right) I was then offered the 79.00 price match. I explained the problems with the car, confirmed my warranty and was told they will see what they could do about getting it in. About 4 PM, I dropped it off at 7 AM, I received a call and was told that everything was under warranty but wouldn't be ready till tomorrow. They did offer a rental through Enterprise and I was given a Focus that was dirty and the fuel light was on (but that's another story). So the next day I go to pick up the car and there was a charge for the alignment (the car had significant front end work done and required an alignment as part of the repair) but after asking for the charge to be removed again the service writer tried to make me into a fool. It only gets worse, after paying I go outside and the valet brings the car around and there is a hit mark on the rear bump with damage to the paint and plastic bumper cover and trim. The service writer and manager come out and the manager starts rubbing it with his hand saying its just dirt. He also acknowledges that it wasn't on the inspection sheet from the morning when I dropped it of so he was going to take credit for it. I offered him to refund my repair payment of 249 dollars (warranty + alignment) and he said he had to talk to his boss tomorrow but would call. Well the next day guess who ended up calling who, you guessed it me. I then was told by the service managers boss that they weren't paying for any damage and that I should contact my insurance company to report a claim. I can tell you in addition to my dissatisfaction I heard nothing but bad stories while sitting in the repair waiting room for my ride home. So take my advise steer clear of this place at all cost unless you would like similar treatment. More

The check engine light came on only 4 weeks after we bought this brand new truck. It has been exactly 12 months and they still can't figure it out. When we call and make an appointment we still have to wait a half hour to get the truck in. The staff is very rude. We had an appointment and dropped the truck off and 2 days later they still weren't returning our calls. We went to the dealership and and the truck wasn't touched! After the 3rd visit the light went off but then a week later came back on. When we called no one got back to us and when we finally got through. Tommy said he doesn't check his messages. Worst customer service ever! Do not buy anything from them! More

Terrible Place to have service I was in from out of town and I needed the car to be looked at. The service center does not answer the phone to make appointments and when they do th I was in from out of town and I needed the car to be looked at. The service center does not answer the phone to make appointments and when they do they put you on hold and then it disconnects. I brought my car in for service because I was going back to Florida the next day. The service manger knew this. They did not call for my warranty information ( I checked with the company) and claimed I had to pay cash for the service because they could not get in touch with them. There is no place to wait for the car to be serviced (nice touch) and when I returned to Florida the work had to be redone. Thanks for putting me out of $316.00 More

I picked up a new Wrangler Unlimited about a month ago. During my search I dealt with many dealerships in Suffolk and I was disappointed in all of them. I didn't even give Atlantic a shot because I was under the impression that they'd be a shady, old school style dealership because that's the impression I've always gotten from their automall's too goo to be true advertisements. My only experience with them was calling them about a loaner car and running in to their parts counter and both were great experiences. I eventually bought my Jeep in the city and all of the dealers out here told me they wouldn't give me a loaner because I hadn't bought my car from them - good job, now I won't buy my next car from you either - genius strategy guys. The girl on the phone at Atlantic said she'd check for me and told me that they normally don't provide loaners in my situation, but they'd be able to if I called them in advance. This was thrilling news. A few days later I stopped in to grab an oil filter and I encountered a bit of a wait because of of their parts guys were busy. I don't know the gentleman I dealt with's name, but he had long hair, and sensing I was in a rush and had been waiting a bit he was very accommodating. It wasn't the biggest thing in the world, but it was apparent that he understood customer service and actually cared. I'll be back to Atlantic and that's a lot more than i can say about the 6 Chrysler stores I visited during my Jeep shopping experience. More
Tow truck company lost my key, they are not affiliated with Atlantic Jeep. Although it was a very frustrating situation for me, and a my car was in the shop for longer than I wanted, the guys at Atlantic with Atlantic Jeep. As we live on Fire Island and have a general hard time making service appointments on the mainland, this dealership bends over backward to make sure we are serviced quickly and correctly the first time. For this repair they accommodated us by performing the work while we waited. Everyone on Fire Island raves about this dealership and for good reason! I responded to the dealer with a problem with the audio controls on my radio as there was no sound. I came to the dealer at 3:30 in the afternoon with the hope of getting in today. I realize it was kind of late in the day to be bringing a car in for a repair. The service advisor, Harvey, was very helpful and took my vehcile in right away. A few minutes later the service technician came in and explained to me what the problem was that I was experiencing. He further advised that my new cell phone that I recently got may not be compatible with the u-connect. He also took the time and showed me a web site to go on to see if my new phone is compatible. It is my opinion that I was treated with a knowledgeable technician as well as a very accomodating adviser. Both of these gentlemen were very friendly in helping me with the problem I was having. More
