No one cares No Service lane. Could not pull up to any parking spot, 20 degrees outside, waited 15 minutes. Then waited 10 minutes more for attendant. No show. wal No Service lane. Could not pull up to any parking spot, 20 degrees outside, waited 15 minutes. Then waited 10 minutes more for attendant. No show. walked inside to filthy service dept and was told to go back outside and wait for valet. Really? All While some of the staff is outside smoking watching this disaster go on. Waited 5 more minutes and no hello or greeting by valet after waiting 30 minutes total to be greeted. Was told to go back into filthy service area and go talk to somebody. After Service was yes, incomplete, I Picked up my vehicle. No cashier at window , Paper work not ready. Waited to Pay my bill. Told to wait outside valet will pull up car. No valet. Walk the lot and find my own vehicle with keys in ignition, anyone could have drove off with it. Warning light still on, go back inside, service advisor has food on the counter eating, talking to me with a full mouth of food. Was told they can’t shut off light for me I must drive it and it will turn off. Really? I thought I was in a dirty gas station back in the 80’s. No explanation of work,Nothing. No way to run a dealership. I don’t understand how Jeep, ownership or the Atlantic Group managers can allow this and operate like this. What a terrible experience. This auto group should be embarrassed operating a dealership like this. Obviously no pride. More
Bad Customer Service Was definitely not a pleasant experience. Brought my Jeep in for service and Brian the service coordinator was rude and my vehicle was not even looked Was definitely not a pleasant experience. Called and left several messages for Jake Caruso the assistant Service Manager and no return phone call. Needless to say I took my jeep elsewhere for service. I definitely do not recommend this dealership for service! Not very professional at all. More
RUN!!! Don't walk away from this dealership!!!!!! I needed body work repairs needed on my 2013 Ram 1500 because it was hit FOR THE 2ND TIME THERE at this dealership while being serviced......so I drop I needed body work repairs needed on my 2013 Ram 1500 because it was hit FOR THE 2ND TIME THERE at this dealership while being serviced......so I dropped it off to get the repairs and they left it parked in the OUTSIDE parking lot facing Sunrise highway overnight WITH THE KEY IN IT!!!!!!!! I go to work very early in the morning so I passed by there to see if they brought it to the back and found it still parked where I dropped it off!!!! So I left the loaner car right there in the middle of the lot and got in my truck and NEVER went back!!!!!! WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!!! More

Service area has horrid customer service!!!! I had leased my car from Westbury and felt like they were dismissive so I decided to go to Atlantic. Unfortunately I ran into the same issue. Brian Bishop is who handled my car and anything I said was answered by a simple "ok" or an "uhh huh." My issues weren't important to him. When I went to pick my car up they didn't even inspect my car when I asked them to as part of my service. They had my car for 5 days and then argue that I didn't request an inspection although it was in the paperwork. Horrible experience and customer service!!! More

Complete Pleasure I had brought my 2014 Jeep in for a noise that had been getting worse. I had spoken to Jake, who has been extremely helpful in the past on matters I' I had brought my 2014 Jeep in for a noise that had been getting worse. I had spoken to Jake, who has been extremely helpful in the past on matters I've had. He made an appointment for me, but advised the he would be out that week. He advised me to speak to Brian and request Terry to work on the truck. Brian was a complete pleasure to deal with, made me feel confident they would do the right thing and truly showed concern for my matter. Since the truck was under warranty, I was advised there would be no charge and not to worry. Needless to say, the problem had been solved there was no charge and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Thank you Brian!!! Jake & Terry. More
Worst dealer/ service ever!!! I first went to Atlantic when I was looking for a Jeep and the salesman was rude and so was his supervisor! They told me the car I wanted doesn't exis I first went to Atlantic when I was looking for a Jeep and the salesman was rude and so was his supervisor! They told me the car I wanted doesn't exist, and that I would never find it. Well it did exist and I found it elsewhere and I was more than happy to give them my business!!! I decided to give them another chance and tried their service to get an oil change, they weren't busy and I still waited over 2.5 hours!!! No one apologized, they were just playing the blame game. I told the man at the counter that I called ahead and whoever answered the phone told me that I did not need an appointment ant that an oil change would only be 45mins. I believed him, so after I got off work I went there around noon, gave them my keys and told them I only needed an oil change... Almost three hours later, I'm fuming and tired I ask what's going on and they tell me that they did not have the staff to do the job! Why did they wait until I went looking for my car to tell me this I have no idea!!! It was my first time trying their service and it will most definitely be my last! I will never recommend this place to anyone that I care about! Atlantic does not care about customer service! More

I would recommend Krystal to anyone who has a million questions and a very aggressive dad when it comes to buying a new car. I know buying a new car can be a stressful process but Krystal made this process the least stressful! I had a great experience with her! More
Atlantic Service This is my third Jeep.Brought a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Atlantic.Took it back to Atlantic fore a leak, They change the seal. Had to take it This is my third Jeep.Brought a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Atlantic.Took it back to Atlantic fore a leak, They change the seal. Had to take it back because I had a new leak.Had to take it back 4 times fore the same leak.When I called up the third time, the service manager Tom start yelling on the phone, like it's my fault they couldn't fix the leak.Took it back again fore the fourth time. And they still didn't fix the leak. I called up Jeep. They were very helpful. Went to Security Dodge and they fix the leak the first time. The leak was caused when Atlantic so called mechanic change the first seal, and doing so cracked the value cover. Then the so called mechanic glued the value cover. What kind of mechanic glues a vale cover? If the service manager wants to yell, yell at the so called mechanic that 4 times couldn't fix the leak. Thank you Security Jeep fore fixing my Jeep. If you deal with Atlantic, and get no satisfaction, call Jeep at 877-426-5337. The name fore Atlantic service department should be Spit and glue repairs. In my opinion they suck More
