THEY GOT A GOOD SERVICE ADVISOR! I am a customer of Atlantic Jeep. I called to come in for routine service. I spoke to Janine on the phone and we agreed on a day and time. When I go I am a customer of Atlantic Jeep. I called to come in for routine service. I spoke to Janine on the phone and we agreed on a day and time. When I got there, Janine greeted me as if she knew me forever, it was a nice feeling. We started discussing the vehicle with ease and vehicle knowledge, she showed me what maintenance was due. We chatted some, she is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. It is very refreshing to see you guys hired someone who actually cares about customers and enjoys her job. Welcome Janine. STAY FAR AWAY This is the worst dealership. A few months ago, I brought my truck in for a oil change. When it was returned to me, I noticed a huge scratch on the pa This is the worst dealership. A few months ago, I brought my truck in for a oil change. When it was returned to me, I noticed a huge scratch on the passenger door. I’m a car freak, and I know where everything is on the truck. I brought the issue to the service advisors and they told me to schedule a day to come in and that they would fix it free of charge. They even documented the issue. When I returned on the schedule date, they all of the sudden never heard of this incident and had no records meanwhile I’m speaking to the same person that told me the issue would be resolved and who filed a note in the records of it. After some time, they finally found the record of the incident. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, it did. Yesterday I brought my truck in for a simple repair and was told to pick it up the next day, which was today. The truck was brought out front and I was getting ready to leave and then all of the sudden, I have a tire pressure warning for two tires. I go out to take a look and I noticed two screws in one tire and one screw in the other! I was beside myself and demanded that this be repaired. The laughable manager Tom comes out and begins to tell me that they have been in the tires as one tire is sitting flat and the other is leaking air as we speak. Really, if they were in the tires, how could I not notice driving with 2 flat tires to Islip from Queens? To make it even better, I noticed a bag of screws right next to the truck where it was parked. It doesn’t take a genius to figure this one out. The guy was a moron and clearly lacks common sense. The sales department is decent, but the service department is full of incompetent people who could care less about customer service. Avoid this dealership at all costs and save yourself from all the headaches and stupidity. More

1 day turned into 3 I showed up first thing on a Tuesday 8;00 am. I had to call on Wednesday they did not. They told me the truck did not get in the shop yet. I was understanding do to the holiday and weather backups . I have been dealing with this dealership since 2001 when they were herbee dodge. I needed an oilchange/tire rotation and 4 recalls all miner recalls and minor smell of antifreeze only to be told there was no leak . Now this is where I get upset.I have been a mechanic for 30 years , only to find the antifreeze still low under the minimum line.What happened to the point checks?????? not to mention the complaint of antifreeze odor two reasons to be sure the reservoir was full. End all this here. Did not get truck till Thursday night 4;30pm. More

I had my truck in for repair, advisor told me it needs a wire harness. It is on back order. I wait over a month he never calls. The day I call him he tells me it just came in, yeah right. They replace the harness and cut out my LED lights, and I mean the cut them out that there is no way to hook them back up. Guess what - it wasn’t the harness. Big waste of time and money at this place. I was hoping to contact John Staluppi – of course you can’t. He needs to know that his employees at Atlantic Dodge are the worst, but I am sure he doesn’t care. More
Terrible Brought it in to fix a small dent and chipped paint, didn’t notice it before buying car and signing papers, or I would of never purchase it. Fast forward to service appointment , They weren’t able to do it that day after assuring me it would be done. They had me re schedule promising it would get done. Bring it in, then get a call at night saying they fixed the dent, but they don’t have the paint anymore. You knew I was coming a week in advance, after not getting it done the first time, and again you screw up? This place sucks. More
