they missed diagnosed my repair. was not shifting out of first gear on occasions. no engine lights, ect ect, they changed out egr valve for 824.69 did not fix the problem. it may have been bad but of no co first gear on occasions. no engine lights, ect ect, they changed out egr valve for 824.69 did not fix the problem. it may have been bad but of no concern to me if i still cant drive the car. was not going into limp mode as they told me. i can go as fast as i want and plenty of power just stuck in first gear as i stated. did not need to change it at this time. they didn't listen very well when i told them the issues apparently. ialso had the wheel bearings replaced and now there is a terrible vibration when accelerating. i will now have to pay another diagnosing fee with another dealership to get shifting issue fixed and have the wheel bearing repair fixed as well. very poor customer service especially if your calling in and trying to talk to someone.brian never returned calls. have to call multiple times and only extension anyone answered was sales then get them to transfer you only to go to voicemail system, they are way understaffed and i felt like there deal was just running through a bunch of cars and fix anything to keep service rates up. definitely didn't do a good job troubleshooting this car and didn't seem to care that they made a mistake. no refund offered just bring it back and well keep trying "changing parts" till u cant afford it anymore. More
