My leased Ram 1500 Ecodiesel required major engine repair, from start to finish Michele was excellent. Typically dealing with another Dodge dealership I was accustomed to grouchy service personnel who repair, from start to finish Michele was excellent. Typically dealing with another Dodge dealership I was accustomed to grouchy service personnel who were less than happy to answer questions or really just answer the phone. Warranty had me tow the vehicle to Empire Dealership, my first experience working with them was great. Michele was extremely helpful the first night my truck got towed in and her and Tom helped me secure a long term loaner Vehicle while my truck was being serviced. A really great feature they use is a text messaging system, it was super easy to communicate with Michele and she answered my questions very promptly. I would recommend Michele and the service team at Empire Dodge, and due to my experience will consider Empire for my next lease. Thank you Michele! More
I only needed a inspection,which the price was $10, I paid with my credit card the service rep said I would be charged a 35 cent fee. I think this is petty. Showed up for an oil change late. I came from Oyster Bay which is not a short ride especially in rush hour. Jeep stopped servicing oil changes earlier in the day (which is there policy). they missed diagnosed my repair. was not shifting out of first gear on occasions. no engine lights, ect ect, they changed out egr valve for 824.69 did not fix the problem. it may have been bad but of no co first gear on occasions. no engine lights, ect ect, they changed out egr valve for 824.69 did not fix the problem. it may have been bad but of no concern to me if i still cant drive the car. was not going into limp mode as they told me. i can go as fast as i want and plenty of power just stuck in first gear as i stated. did not need to change it at this time. they didn't listen very well when i told them the issues apparently. ialso had the wheel bearings replaced and now there is a terrible vibration when accelerating. i will now have to pay another diagnosing fee with another dealership to get shifting issue fixed and have the wheel bearing repair fixed as well. very poor customer service especially if your calling in and trying to talk to someone.brian never returned calls. have to call multiple times and only extension anyone answered was sales then get them to transfer you only to go to voicemail system, they are way understaffed and i felt like there deal was just running through a bunch of cars and fix anything to keep service rates up. definitely didn't do a good job troubleshooting this car and didn't seem to care that they made a mistake. no refund offered just bring it back and well keep trying "changing parts" till u cant afford it anymore.
