My 67 year old father brought his vehicle in for service. The vehicle needed to stay to be diagnosed and fixed. The service dept refused to provide my father with a ride back home or even a loaner car. They The vehicle needed to stay to be diagnosed and fixed. The service dept refused to provide my father with a ride back home or even a loaner car. They kept giving him the COVID excuse. All day long all I see are loaner cars on the road from other dealers so COVID is clearly not the reason. Finally after arguing about this a mechanic was nice enough to provide him with a ride. FOUR DAYS LATER.. the car is finally ready. No courtesy ride was given. Needless to say I arranged a ride for my father and he was able to FINALLY pickup his vehicle. My father and myself are completely disgusted with this dealership. Leaving a 67 year old stranded with no willingness to help. I cannot believe that this is how empire treats their customers. More
