Joe Deguire and Nicolette in service were very helpful on this visit. I had come in to have a dent fixed and asked Joe about the scheduled maintenance mailings/emails I had been receiving. Joe looked everything up and found I needed to do a lot of the 40,000 mile maintenance items, and since I also had an oil change scheduled for 1/17/23, he added that in. While it was more then I expected, I want to have my Jeep for a long time and intend to do everything to keep it in excellent condition, so I am grateful he looked into what needed to be done to keep it in excellent condition. Joe also arranged car service for both home and then back to the dealership so I could get on with my days plan and not have to wait. More
