As usual friendly greeting upon arrival , told service advisor I was waiting for vehicle and just needed an oil and filter change. I would give negative stars If I could give zero stars, that is exactly what I would have given. They wasted my whole day to offer me 1000k off....absolutely ridiculous!! Now I If I could give zero stars, that is exactly what I would have given. They wasted my whole day to offer me 1000k off....absolutely ridiculous!! Now I am being harassed with phone calls trying to get me back in the door. I would have been open to it if they came back with a realistic offer but then Matt called me and tried to accuse me of never ordering a custom Jeep in my life (meaning I don’t know how any of this works). FYI I have owned 3 Jeep’s...2 of which were custom ordered. The dealership in general is filled with a bunch of young salesmen blasting club music, and I’m 39 saying this. Completely unprofessional! There’s a million other dealerships on the Island...run from this place!!!! More
