Joe Deguire He got my ram fixed ,I had remote issues. Also he said it would be take over a week to get parts. After dropping off ram he called me the next day and had all parts. Three days before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, I got a call from the used car manager John who had a tone and wanted to know who I was dealing with because I got such a good deal and asked if I could email him the receipt. I thought this was extremely unprofessional, but it would only get worse. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, I was told by John that the truck was sold. I called the General Manager Kyle and left a message and he didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back. More
