I have to say this visit had to be the most pleasant visit I have ever had at any car dealer. I called on Friday to find out about an oil change, and through an automated service they made the appointme visit I have ever had at any car dealer. I called on Friday to find out about an oil change, and through an automated service they made the appointment for the next morning at 10:30. The automated service even offered a ride back home which I denied. Saturday morning my wife and I dropped our Grand Cherokee off, to my surprise there was literally no line to wait on, we pulled into the garage and was welcomed. We took our ticket and went into the service department and was greeted by Rob, very nice guy, We explained that this was our Jeeps first service and that we leased it from out of state because of Covid 19, there were no Grand Cherokee's available locally so we searched the internet and found one that we liked in Baltimore, we wound up leasing it from them. Rob, looked up our VIN number and explained the had Jeep Wave which entitled us to 3 oil changes and also that the were 3 small recalls that needed to be done. I figured we would have to come back at another visit to have the recalls done. He was able to do the 3 recalls and the oil change right away. We left the Jeep there and I was called within 2 hours telling me that our car was ready. My wife and daughter picked it up with no issues. Very pleased with the service department. Thank you Rob.
