I am very impressed with the service dept. at this dealership. I got an appointment within one day at the time I wanted. Another dealership tried to put me off until Dec.29, 3 weeks after I ca at this dealership. I got an appointment within one day at the time I wanted. I worked with the service advisor, Joe. He is excellent. My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. was serviced quickly and correctly. One of the management personnel went out of his way to find me the remote control for the TV in the customer lounge so I could change the channel. I can not say enough about how good this service dept. is. The service mgr. actually called me on the phone to thank me for raising his staff. THIS IS THE WAY SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE!
