Arnie was also great and worked very hard to get me the best possible deal including a bumper to bumper warrany for 6 years, plus one year of free maintenance and 2 brand new tires! These guys work really hard to help the customer get the best value for their dollar. They are also awesome to hang out with. They are not snotty or pushy or annoying. I responded to the dealer with a problem with the audio controls on my radio as there was no sound. I came to the dealer at 3:30 in the afternoon with the hope of getting in today. I realize it was kind of late in the day to be bringing a car in for a repair. The service advisor, Harvey, was very helpful and took my vehcile in right away. A few minutes later the service technician came in and explained to me what the problem was that I was experiencing. He further advised that my new cell phone that I recently got may not be compatible with the u-connect. He also took the time and showed me a web site to go on to see if my new phone is compatible. It is my opinion that I was treated with a knowledgeable technician as well as a very accomodating adviser. Both of these gentlemen were very friendly in helping me with the problem I was having. More
