After leaving another local dealer I thought this is the last chance I will give a jeep store. From the moment I was greeted by my salesman John Murphy and shown the srt8 jeep grand Cherokee I was impressed last chance I will give a jeep store. From the moment I was greeted by my salesman John Murphy and shown the srt8 jeep grand Cherokee I was impressed with his knowledge of the truck. He really took the time to understand my needs and sold me on the SRT8. After an exhilarating test drive we came back to the store were my wife and children were waiting in the snack area. He immediately checked on them with me and offered refreshments to all of us. Then we sat down to start negotiating. Although this process is never fun, John made it quite easy and was very clear about pricing. (no games). I left my deposit and planned on picking up my new truck in a few days, but John told me no need to wait he could have it ready in a few hours. I then met with Jay Leonard the finance manager to go over my loan details. Although my credit is pretty good I knew my score before shopping and I knew it wasn't the best. Jay thoroughly explained a few different options, and after a little more negotiating we came to an agreement that I fealt was more than fair. We were able to customize a package that got me in my payment range and also gave me the coverage I wanted. Other stores tried to knock me about my credit but not here. After finalizing all the contracts I was thanked by Kyle(I believe) one of the sales managers and assured that if I need anything they would take care of it. Probably one of the best dealerships I've ever been in. Thank you to all the staff and If the service department is as great as sales then this is a must stop if you want a jeep More
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Not only was I not properly informed of having a balloon payment at the end of my finance loan but when I said I had no ide purchasing a new vehicle. Not only was I not properly informed of having a balloon payment at the end of my finance loan but when I said I had no idea about it the finance guy, I want to say Jay? didn't seem to care or figure out a way to better help. He was extremely demeaning and cocky. I pointed out that my deposit wasn't included on the bill of sale, they proceeded to tell me it was hand written and that was good enoug, well guess what they never put it on there. I called multiple times for 2 weeks before someone finally refunded it to me. They neglected to put my registration on my vehicle (had to make a trip back) they never asked if I wanted new plates which I did but proceeded to transfer my old ones. I had an I owe you to get something installed from them, I was transferred 4 TIMES until I finally asked for the manager to be able to schedule my appointment...which when I got there I was told my appointment was the day before which I never would have made it for, I get the same day off every week theres no reason I would make an appointment for a day I know I am never available on. When trying to deal with this I am told theyll have to figure out someone else to help me since my sales person no longer works there. The saddest part is...the sales guy was the nicest and most helpful out of everyone in that place. I got an attitude from the service department, and after getting my IOU install, had to bring my vehicle back again because something stopped working. Which they kept for 2 days for something very simple and gave me an extremely smelly loaner vehicle that I was supposed to return with a certain amount of gas in it, they documeted it at more then what was in the vehicle originally. OVERALL I am completely DISSATISFIED with this dealer and would not recommend it to anyone, EVER!!! More
Purchasing my car from Atlantic Chrysler Jeep was by far the best experience ever purchasing a car. When I got there Maryann greeted me right away. She knows everything there is to know about all the cars the best experience ever purchasing a car. When I got there Maryann greeted me right away. She knows everything there is to know about all the cars and features and helped me pick out my brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. She made me feel so comfortable buying a car and making such a large purchase. She wasnt that pushy car sales person i walked in there thinking i would meet. I have to say everyone there was pleasant to work with. When it came to having to see the finance manager i just wanted to run in and out. I met with Christina in finance and she was great. She really explained all my finance options and answered all my questions and let me decide what was best for me. She got me the best deal and really the best payment. At that point i loved my car and my payment. She did all my paperwork and got me out of there in no time happy and smiling. Rich was great teaching me how to use all my new features. He even set up my bluetooth and preset all my radio stations. I have to say i feel like all 3 of them went the extra mile just for me. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. oh.. and they gave me a whole YEAR of oil changes for free!!! Thanx Maryann, Rich and Christina. I love my new truck!!! More

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people over at Atlantic Dodge. When I first arrived I was greeted with friendliness and was introduced to Genevieve. We easily got through the informati over at Atlantic Dodge. When I first arrived I was greeted with friendliness and was introduced to Genevieve. We easily got through the information stage and discussed what car I was looking to purchase. (Dodge Charger SXT) I then met Maryann who stepped in to assist Genevieve with the sale and I found her to be quite knowledgeable and friendly as well. It didn't take too long to come to an agreement and the sale was made. The process was almost as painless as can be but after a few annoyances I was off in my new Hot Wheels! I would recommend this dealership for your automobile needs and certainly without a doubt appreciate both ladies for their professionalism and their enjoyable personalities. Once again I thank you all!!! More

Can you say " bait and switch". Found a jeep Cherokee on their website and called about it. Sales person confirmed they had that vehicle in the lot after giving them the lot number. We made an a Cherokee on their website and called about it. Sales person confirmed they had that vehicle in the lot after giving them the lot number. We made an appointment to go see it. I hired sitters to watch my kids and left work early to make the appointment. They never had that truck. They proceeded to try and sell me other trucks that were older and with more miles for the same price. I walked out. Place is a dump and fits the service I received. I hate buying cars and this is just one of the reasons why. Would not recommend and would never go back. More

He had the knowledge and experience to answer any and all questions we had not to mention he was able to find us exactly was very easy and relaxing.
