Since putting in the negative report on Atlantic Jeep I was in contact with the General Manager Eric Brennan of Atlantic Jeep . I vented all my complaints about his dealership and was quite surprised at his immediate possitive response. He understood that I was not handled correctly and offered his assistance with an apology . He told me that there was a new pre owned manager, the other one was no longer with them ( Good Riddens ) gave his name Brendan Miller and told me to contact him and make an appointment to bring the vehicle in for detailing and fill the gas tank with Gas. I contacted Brendan Miller immediatelly and set up an appointment for 9:00am on Tuesday. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Brendan and immediately was introduced to Mike DeSalvo the Service Manager. Mike took my vehicle and brought it to the service department for detailing. I asked him if there was an Dunkin Donuts around? Without any hesitation he had one of his guys drive me using his personal car; I thought it was more than very nice of him . After the detailing was done Mike DeSalvo had me inspect the work for my approval. The job was excellent. On top of all that they filled my tank with gas , I was very happy . It was like night and day from the first experience . Everyone that represented Atlantic on this date was very nice and very proffesional. I would do business with them again and recommend them to all my friends and family. Kudos to everyone at Atlantic.
