disappointed After purchasing the vehicle form the dealership. I had to call to find out where my bill was for the vehicle. The dealership had not processed it with the bank yet. took them a month to process the paperwork with the bank making my payment to the bank late. Still have not received my registration yet, after numerous calls to dealership and no one returning them, I found out, again its taken the dealership a month to process their paper work to DMV. I feel once they have your money you're no concern to them. Also, after picking the vehicle up in a down poring rain storm, I noticed a dent in it, again numerous calls to the dealership, my sales man and no call back, I finally got someone on the phone and was told "are you sure it didn't happen after you picked it up" umm, yeah I'm sure. No i have to make another trip to the dealership to have them "look at it" ugh. I'm never buying a car from them again, feeling disgusted and disappointed in their over all costumer service. Also, the girls answering the phone should be more professional, "really?!?" More
