Awesome Dealership I went into Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram intending to buy a new Jeep Wrangler Sport. This was my first new car after a long line of used cars, so I went into Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram intending to buy a new Jeep Wrangler Sport. This was my first new car after a long line of used cars, so I was a little apprehensive. I met with Tim Giacalone who made the whole process as smooth as possible. He was great. I had an idea of what options I wanted in my head when I walked in, but after a search, there was nothing on the lot or in ANY lot with the options I wanted. Tim suggested a Factory Build. He set the whole thing up and put the order in, and a few weeks later, it came in. It was perfect. I got the Wrangler exactly how I wanted it and for a great price. I would recommend Tim to anyone in the market for a new car. More

Fast and Friendly Dealership I visited this dealership during one of their summer barbecue events, however, I found out about them from Credit Sesame/Credit Karma after filling ou I visited this dealership during one of their summer barbecue events, however, I found out about them from Credit Sesame/Credit Karma after filling out a credit application for a car purchase. I was shopping for a car for myself, a SUV that is good on gas but great for long distance and short distances. I was contacted by Bob P and was invited down to the dealership to look around, he was very down to Earth and practical. I was assigned one of their sales persons but didn't make a decision just yet. My situation included, a low credit score after a divorce, bankruptcy, and identity theft. With all of those factors in mind, I decided to wait a while to see all of my options but now two months later, I recently made the purchase. My sales person was Roy P and the process was seamless. I told Roy I what I was looking for and filled out the credit application online, later that evening I was approved and I came down to see the SUV, which turned out to be ideal. I had a low down payment (a little over a thousand) and everything was in order. Also, since I bought a 2012 Jeep, I was still able to get an extended warranty on my vehicle for 3yr/36000 miles. Personally, I like this dealership because it was quiet, personable and rather fast. More
Love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! Jason Waters was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep Grand Cherokee I bought and was very patient when I had so many questions and in no way was "pushy" while I took almost a week to make up my mind. One of my concerns was being able to put the Jeep in and out of my garage because it was just a pinch wider than my former SUV. The sales manager had someone drive one to my house to see if it fit and if I felt comfortable pulling it in and out of the garage myself. It did and that made up my mind. THE WORST DEALERSHIP !!!!! I've purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime and have never been treated so poorly. They are very unprofessional. They are all smiles to get you to buy a new car/ truck and then the nightmare begins. This was My first time purchasing a truck from Atlantic jeep, dodge. After I negotiated a deal to lease a $41,000 truck I left a deposit. I went back 3 days later to pick up the truck....I was there 3 and half hours...yes that long!!! I was waiting and waiting....they kept telling me finance was backed up. I finally got to sit down with finance to sign the paper work and leave and then they tried pulling a scam and raised my monthly payment up by $30 more a month. They said the reason being was my credit was not that high, ( I have a 730 credit score) they said it needed to be in the 800-900 range....is this a joke?? They said that is considered their tier one credit. They obviously pull this to make more money on the deal. I was very unhappy, I managed to talk them back down $15 less a month...I should have just walked out, my patience was running out quickly. I decided to just take the truck. Ok, so weeks go by and I don't receive any bill in the mail to pay my first truck payment, a week before the payment is due I call Atlantic and advise them that I never received a bill for my first car payment. They were rude on the phone and told me I needed to speak with my sales person but he was off for 3 days....so I left him a vm. I never got a call back, I called again and they gave me the leasing information for the bank I lease the truck thru. I call them and they do not have me on file. I do not exist. After going back and fourth with Atlantic jeep they explained to me that they forgot to submit my paperwork to the bank....What??? This took them days to finally complete and I was able to pay my first car payment. Ugh, what a bad experience so far. So I make an appointment for my first oil change first thing in the morning, they told me it would be 25 minutes. I was there for over 3 hours and guess what, THEY LOST MY KEYS!!! How do u lose keys, they checked everywhere....no where to be found.... So I was there from 830am until 12 noon, and how to wait to get new keys made up and programmed. Such a joke!!!! Very bad experience with this dealership, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT purchase a vehicle here!!!! More

The check engine light came on only 4 weeks after we bought this brand new truck. It has been exactly 12 months and they still can't figure it out. When we call and make an appointment we still have to wait a half hour to get the truck in. The staff is very rude. We had an appointment and dropped the truck off and 2 days later they still weren't returning our calls. We went to the dealership and and the truck wasn't touched! After the 3rd visit the light went off but then a week later came back on. When we called no one got back to us and when we finally got through. Tommy said he doesn't check his messages. Worst customer service ever! Do not buy anything from them! More

I have been to all the Jeep dealers on Long Island and as a woman, I have to say that the salesmen that I have dealt with have been horrible. Meeting Maryann, I felt comfortable right off the bat and she gave the best price FIRST instead of having to go back and forth like most do with any dealership. She was very easy to work with and the process was very simple. My words to her when I picked up my truck was “see you in three years”! More

The price was fantastic but the car was under-delivered (promised a feature that was not available so they used an aftermarket item). Still, we went back to trade in our Jeep and lease a new one. We scheduled an appointment, sat with our Sales Person and basically wasted a ton of time. His Sales Manager did not want to write-up a deal since our top-tier bank was closed on a Saturday and they could not get a pay-off. I explained to our Sales Person multiple times that we were purchasing the vehicle either way. Write it up and we can get the trade-in on Monday. They did not want to do that. As he was escorting us out, I said to my Sales Person, I can't believe you are letting us walk out the door without writing a sale. He said, please just call him on Monday and we can work something out. We left Atlantic and went right to Merrick Jeep Eagle Dodge.. We had a FANTASTIC overall experience! We walked in at 11 AM and walked out by 2 PM with a signed deal for the Jeep we wanted at a price we still can't believe. On Monday, when the payoff came, it was a wash (as our awesome Sales Rep, Roy Dobkowski Jr. suspected). We closed the deal Monday night and drove away in our beautifully under-priced Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. More

But with Maryann all those fears went away. She was so patient, kind and willing to explore all options to get me to a price that I was comfortable with. She was flexible and creative in exploring our options and worked with me to get a great deal on a car that I LOVE ! She even took the time to speak to my brother on the phone to answer all of his questions, as my brother was trying to help me through the process. She even brought us over cheeseburgers to eat since we were starving. Maryann treats you like your friend or family member and I just really feel that she looks out for her customers! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Maryann. Overall, such a pleasant experience. Thanks Maryann!!! More
