The best word to describe my experience at Empire is smooth. From the time I walked in and sat with Jason Waters, the salesperson, to the time I drove off in my new truck I felt cool, calm, collected an smooth. In other words not your usual car buying experience. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and was able to show me all of them in a short period of time with a nice test drive squeezed in. I was trading in a Ram 1500 and was curious how the 6 cylinder hurricane engine felt compared to the 8 cylinder I was used to. It did not disappoint. Once we had the right truck it was time to negotiate the deal. This is usually where things get stressful but refreshingly Jason did an excellent job of brokering a deal that I felt very comfortable with. We parted ways so I could pick my kid up from school with an agreement that I would be back later that evening to sign the paperwork, empty out my trade in and drive my new truck home. Good to his word everything was ready when I returned. Jason insisted on helping me transfer my belongings to my new truck making sure I didn’t leave anything important behind and letting me know if I did think of something to give him a ring and he would make sure to secure it for me.
