Chevy trax I had a appointment to meet with a Janee Jackson at 11:15am. While walking in my dad slipped on ice outside and had to be rushed to the emergency room I had a appointment to meet with a Janee Jackson at 11:15am. I went back later that day and when walking in everyone basically turned there back, not really wanting to help/ deal with me. Michael Sandoval jumped up and asked me how my dad was doing and sat me down to explain to me that Janee is just a operator to get me in the door & he would help me. My favorite part of speaking to Mike was he wasn't like a regular car dealer he was more like a friend. Flat out this is what the deal is and what you can get. He didn't waste my time about nonsense to switch stuff up and make things confusing. He explained things well, kept in contact throughout the week and even came in on his day off to finish up. Hopefully in a few years I can come back to this dealership and work with mike to renew my next lease. More

The original price listed online with the car was good but what they tell you in fine print is the price listed is with the money put down on the car which was 1995 so price isn’t what it says online. However Dave was very helpful and clear with everything he said. Honestly the coolest salesman I have ever met and wasn’t pressuring us to buy the car. He was really nice and honest with us. Honestly I give him 5 stars. More

Awful Experience all around. .My experience with this dealership was awful. I went in and asked for a 3 year lease on a Chevy Trax for my wife and told them I was willing to pay .My experience with this dealership was awful. I went in and asked for a 3 year lease on a Chevy Trax for my wife and told them I was willing to pay $200 per month with a fairly large down payment. They informed me that they could not approve me on the spot because my credit was borderline for tier 1 financing. Fast forward to the next day, they say they worked it out with the bank and were able to get my payments down to $200 per month. I told them I could pick up the car that evening and to please have the paperwork ready to sign because my child had a doctors appointment that I needed to go to. I showed up and in a hurry signed all of the lease paperwork. Clearly I should have been more careful reading the paperwork, because the snakes changed it from a 36 month lease to a 24 month lease without telling me. Deceptive and manipulative tactics like this are why dealerships get a bad reputation in general. 2 family members of mine have bought Chevrolet cars since I leased mine and I have made it clear to stay away from this dealership. By deceiving customers, they are only hurting themselves as I will never recommend them due to this horrible experience. To make matters worse, they didn’t process my registration and plate transfer in a timely manner. I kept calling asking about the registration and was told “don’t worry, it will be there by the time the temporary one expires”. Sure enough, the date passed and my wife had no choice but to drive an unregistered vehicle for almost 5 days. I asked them specifically to overnight the registration, but they couldn’t even be bothered with that. They sent it via regular mail and it took an additional 3 days to get. Horrible customer service, avoid at all costs. More
