Empire had the best deal on the car I wanted so I contacted a sales rep and spoke with Gina Cordasco who quoted me a price for the car and made an appointment. Gina went out of her way to contact my car insurance company to correct the policy start date otherwise I wouldn't have been able to ride out of the lot with the car. Victor Anzalone and his team did a great work in cleaning and detailing the car and making sure it all worked before I left the lot. Overall the whole experience was pleasant although lengthy but I did get a great price on my very first car. More

Worst experience ever. Asked them to confirm car was in perfect condition, Melissa said yes it was. Gina Cordasco is the third sales representative that I have dealt with and the experience could not have been more pleasant.
