I worked with Dehri Levine for my new( used) purchase and she was fantastic, attentive but not pushing at all. She was very understanding and gave me the time I needed but also made sure all my questions where answered promptly. The used car manager was also very good. This is the second car I brought from this dealer and both experiences have been very good. I went to many other dealerships on long island during my search and this was clearly the best in every way, especially with customer service. They also do NO fees and they mean it, most other dealerships had between $2-4K in hidden fees on any purchase. The only very little concern was the explanation of the extended warranty and being pushed towards buying them, When they gave me the monthly payments they automatically included it in the pricing, which was confusing and annoying. Looking back I would of brought a slightly more expensive car, but I thought I couldn't afford it because when they showed me the monthly pricing it included a bumper to bumper warranty that was above the CPO warranty already included, I didn't know this until all the paper was printed and the deal was done. I will go back to this dealership and I would highly recommend looking for Dehri Levine to help you with your purchase. More
