Avoiding a bad experience I am writing so other may avoid my experience . I dont like to write anything negative but this needs to be said. My 2011 Silverado went into service I am writing so other may avoid my experience . I dont like to write anything negative but this needs to be said. My 2011 Silverado went into service after it went into limp mode. After 3 days I was told my warranty would not cover the repairs and that I had a chaffed wiring harness but there was no promise that would fix the problem. I took the truck elsewhere and the condition was repaired by replacing the TCU and no Chaffed wires were found The service manager is unfriendly and has no customer service skills . This dealer has recently been taken over by a large auto group and Its not for the better More

Tried to sell me on a deal that the other dealer came up with but didn't give to me yet telling me I was approved yet I was not. Then attempted to get another $3k down payment over the original. Horrible Dealership Leased a 2014 Chevy Cruze one month ago. Exchanged a 2012 Nissan Altima. The salesman -Jason said at the time that he would absorb the final costs and Leased a 2014 Chevy Cruze one month ago. Exchanged a 2012 Nissan Altima. The salesman -Jason said at the time that he would absorb the final costs and take the Nissan from our hands. Still getting bills from Nissan for "closing costs". Jason now saying we are responsible. Sales Mgr and him do not return phone calls. Horrible customer service. Shady operation. Will never return there! More
