Was given an approval and rate terms on Saturday only to be told on Monday a mistake was made on the length of the term. Refusing to let Jovia Financial broker the loan at a much lower Rate that the dealership was willing to offer, they broke a deal on the car with another customer and told me they only had to hold the car for me for 24 hours and my deposit was going to be refunded horrible business people I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
