My 300 miracle Always wanted a chrysler 300. when to this dealership because the hard working, miracle creating DAVID BERNSTEIN now works at this location. My cred Always wanted a chrysler 300. when to this dealership because the hard working, miracle creating DAVID BERNSTEIN now works at this location. My credit is not the best but he worked his ask off to get me into the 300 of my dreams and as of January 21, 2019 it is a dream made real. He assist me on what the bank was looking for and how i could help with my score. I think I aged him but he made it. I'm happy David and crystal made it work and the best part i could easily afford my monthly payments but he knew how much i needed my car and how important it was to me to have one work, school etc. car is a must plus i live out on the Island. My advise go to Robert Chevrolet ask for David Bernstein and let him work for you and with you to get you in a car of your dreams or just a car that you can afford. Call and make an appointment tell him Tisha sent you. I make no money off of this it's just important to get a vehicle. More

NO VEHICLE for you without perfect GM Survey Rating I wanted to share my firsthand experience at Robert Chevrolet in Hicksville. On 8/18, I went into the dealership and negotiated a price on the 2019 Traverse LS. The dealership was willing to match a competitor’s ad. I signed all paperwork and I was to return on 8/20 at 5:30pm to pick up the vehicle. In the early hours of 8/20, I made contact with the dealership via email and stated that I wanted the more expensive model. In back and forth emails with the original salesman, he showed an unwillingness to match the competitor’s ad on the more expensive model (the LT) and wanted 1K more than the competitor. As I saw that I was getting nowhere and knowing that I was likely bound legally to the paperwork I signed on 8/18, I wrote a very brief review on their personal Chevy FB page about the unfair treatment and practice at their dealership. Shortly after this, the salesman was willing to match the competitor’s pricing on the LT. Without being prompted, I chose to remove my earlier review on their page. Due to feeling uncomfortable in going alone to the dealership at 5:30pm on 8/20, I took a guy with me. I went through the signing of several documents for the LT I purchased. After signing, my guy friend walked away with my daughter to make it easy to wrap up loose ends. It was at this moment the salesman strategically timed what he was about to say to me. He stated that GM comes out with an official survey and that if I could not agree to give him a 10 out of 10 on this survey, he would make everything I signed “void” and that my newly purchased vehicle would not be mine. I could not believe what I was hearing and I mentioned that I couldn’t believe he chose to say this to me after my guy friend walked away. I called my friend over to hear the salesman reiterate the same thing. I told the salesman that I could opt out of the survey but that I could not honestly give a 10 out of 10. I called what he was doing “manipulative” and he followed up by saying that he was not releasing the vehicle to me because I was not showing a commitment to giving a 10. He told me to “Get Out” and swiftly took my copies of the signed documentation. My guy friend and him had a brief exchange of words. I asked for the owner when I saw the top manager but was told the owner would be out until next week. The manager basically said he would like to make it right by selling the vehicle to me but other than this, he did nothing to truly rectify the situation. All the paperwork had this particular salesman’s name on it, and there was NO way that I was giving him one dime on this purchased vehicle. While the salesman told me I would not get my down payment back, the manager ended up letting me have it back. When I got home and checked my email again, I saw a much earlier email from this salesman where he told me to “immediately” remove the review I had posted on their page (Although I had already done so on my own accord, I probably wouldn’t have had I seen his demanding email first). Cordial I've been to some dealers across Long Island. There are some dealers in Nassau who are very nice and helpful. Robert Chevrolet is one of the best ones I've been to some dealers across Long Island. There are some dealers in Nassau who are very nice and helpful. Robert Chevrolet is one of the best ones I've visited. We found everyone at this dealership to be very helpful and friendly. They are very good at serving a customer. We worked with Krystal, Robert and John. They are conveniently located, they are very nice and they had exactly the car I was looking for and we agreed to a deal that worked. It was a pleasure. I hope their car maintenance services are good too. More
Dont even bother with this dealer I had made an online inquiry for a used Terrain priced @$14,000. I received a call back from a salesman named Ricky asking if the price I was looking I had made an online inquiry for a used Terrain priced @$14,000. I received a call back from a salesman named Ricky asking if the price I was looking to pay was a mistake. (I had emailed a price @$12,000). I said no. Ricky said the car is worth $26,000. I asked according to who? This person then said don't waste our time and slammed the phone down. Well Ricky was looking at the wrong vehicle. He was so unprofessional by not checking to make sure we were speaking about the same car. I wont beg anyone to take my money. I bought a GMC Terrain Denali from Robert Conti on 6/30/17. Would NEVER recommend anyone go there unless they want to be abused for a salesman's mistake. More
Dishonest and Lack of Professionalism This dealer's dishonesty and lack of professionalism is abysmal. Never have I had such an experience, steer clear. Pulled a classic bait-and-switch This dealer's dishonesty and lack of professionalism is abysmal. Never have I had such an experience, steer clear. Pulled a classic bait-and-switch. I was communicating with Taylor Moran (title - Internet Sales Consultant) over a specific vehicle in their inventory (Red Camaro 1SS w/ 1LE pkg) over the course of a few days. I made an appointment and confirmed several times, both over e-mail and over the phone, that I would be checking out the vehicle and had a commitment contingent upon a test drive to see if the car is 100% right for my needs. Having a very limited schedule and driving down from 1.5hrs away - I made it *extremely* clear with Taylor that if the car does not exist or I cannot test drive it, to tell me in advance so neither of us waste our time. I understand some dealerships do not test drive some limited production models but was swiftly assured it would be no problem. As any informed buyer, I was not going to make a $46,000 commitment without being 100% sure I am making the right decision on a vehicle. I arrive to the dealership ~15mins early to my scheduled appointment and was greeted by the sales manager, John Berriola, who asked me to wait a few minutes for a sales associate to open up. I was a bit surprised because I was supposed to be dealing with Taylor directly as she specifically told me over the phone - but had no problem being patient and continuing my business with someone else. In a few minutes, I'm introduced to Chris who immediately tells me that the car was sold this morning. This is not my first dealership rodeo and I was quite displeased that I was lied to and told that the car was available right before I drove all the way down. I was told they have a white model in stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I can at least check it out, drive it, and then if the stars align we can order the car with my intended specifications. We get to the car and I am told that I cannot test drive it because of "weather conditions" (it had rained earlier in the day but the weather was clear and roads were dry at my time of arrival). Neither John nor Chris offered any sympathy or accommodation for my business. Just minutes ago, a family of three came in asking to test drive a different vehicle and John told them absolutely and it would be no problem. Conflicting statements here, but I digress.. I gave the staff here several opportunities to make it right and made no fuss but they refused to make any attempt at an honest sale. It's very clear that there is zero staff intercommunication within the dealership as everyone has a different story. I'm not one to make a scene, so I promptly left and will be sure to pass on this experience whenever I can. More
