Sung, I appreciate your frustration and understand this is not an ideal situation. As we previously discussed, Cadillac and Empire Automotive Group are separate which is why your RO number was different from your Cadillac Case number. Sharon at Cadillac Customer Assistance is working diligently with our Service Director to expedite your repairs, this is a vehicle and warranty claim and proceeds at Cadillacs direction, investigation and approval... not the dealerships. Both you and our team have escalated the matter to the highest possible level and we will continue to do all that is required to expedite the solution.
