Good service only from my salesperson Moni, everybody else was pushy and misleading. The finance person Will Alicea, misrepresents everything and later when you call to ask clarification, no answer or no else was pushy and misleading. The finance person Will Alicea, misrepresents everything and later when you call to ask clarification, no answer or no follow through with what he offered to remediate issues. He told me that he sent my cancellation for a RoadVantage service that he misrepresented, a month passed, when I called the service company to find out about my refund, they never received cancellation from the dealer. Nobody takes or returns your calls to even answer a simple question, including management, I sent the manager an email, she never responded or called me. I may have to take them to court. I would not recommend this dealer to anybody, worst car buying experience ever. More

Your service department is the worst service department we have ever dealt with. Providing fake RO numbers, holding a car for more than 15 days, with no claim number on the bad motor, dodging the customer, we have ever dealt with.
