Mi car has the check engine on, I was to the dealer and they said that I have to leave my car for at least 2 weeks for diagnostic only. It was a very bad experience. Service Advisor not willing to go the extra mile and find out what’s wrong with the car. Picked up the car on Friday by Saturday. I couldn’t even use Service Advisor not willing to go the extra mile and find out what’s wrong with the car. Picked up the car on Friday by Saturday. I couldn’t even use it again. He kept saying there’s nothing wrong with the car. Meanwhile, there’s 13 trouble codes coming up when it’s scanned. how could they not see that. Maybe they just erased the history of it and then of course nothing was wrong with the car, very disappointed and that’s a Cadillac dealership and I have a Cadillac. I only drive Cadillacs and I have to say this whole experience has turned me against Cadillac. More
