My comments were not to undermine the excellent services of my salesperson Dan keys. The issues are related to poor corporate policies that have nothing to do with sales. I maintain that cats should be ready when sold,gas should be put in cars and a manager should make sure the product is brand ready. Marketing and service should be the moto. I am a two generation Cadillac owner .
